This Is Our Story...

Under The Stars Campervan Hire is a family run business created in the summer of 2020 by father and son, Ian & Dean.

 

We started our journey as a family during the turbulent times of 2020. Campervanning is in our blood. We spent our childhoods exploring the Lake District and the Yorkshire dales, sparking our love for the outdoors and our passion for Classic VW Campervans. And that’s when Daisy came in.
 

We spent lockdown converting Daisy. After an enjoyable few months converting her, renting her out, and then quickly gaining super host status on AirBnb, we decided to grow our VW family by 2. And that’s when Winnie and Heidi came into the mix.
 

In the winter, we gave our VW Campers a makeover, which is why they look as great as they do today. At 50 years old, after some gentle TLC, they’re feeling 21 again.
